The situation
Affinity supports private clients, family offices and operators through every stage of aircraft ownership, from acquisitions and sales to charter and management. Its website still worked, but it no longer reflected the refocused services or the discreet, high-touch experience clients get in person.
What we questioned first
- What should a visitor see first?Every service given proper space, with clear explanations of how Affinity works and who it’s for.
- How does a busy client get in touch? We cut the steps between browsing and getting in touch, so enquiring is easy from anywhere on the site.
- What will the words say?Messaging rewritten to communicate confidence, simplicity and service.
What we built
A modern, responsive website with a premium feel and intuitive navigation, built to grow as Affinity’s services do.

What changed
Visitors can explore everything from sales to charter with ease and get a sense of the Affinity difference from their first visit.
Scott and the team were extremely professional from start to finish on a website project. Time is so precious in my industry and when you are running a business but you need a complete website overhaul, stress levels are high. Scott took that all away after just our initial call. The completed project exceeded expectation and the aftercare continues, which is vital for a non tech like me.
How we’d work on this today. For a client who isn’t technical, aftercare means someone to ask and someone who does the work. A fractional product team gives you that every week. For businesses without a developer
