Fluff Software brings together deep technical capabilities grounded in real human expertise.
Fluff Software began in 2019 with one person: our founder, Scott Gulliver. Working directly with clients as a developer, Scott saw first-hand how many organisations were being held back by software that couldn't keep up with the way they worked. Rather than simply delivering projects, he set out to build a company that solved the right problems and became a long-term technology partner.
What started as a one-person team has grown into a team of seven, helping more than 20 organisations modernise legacy systems, build custom digital platforms, embed AI capabilities, and bring ambitious ideas to life.
The way we've grown hasn't changed what we're known for.
Every member of the Fluff team shares the same approach that Scott established from day one: build genuine relationships, understand the business before writing code, and create technology that's designed to deliver value for years, not just until launch.
We're proud that many of our clients see us as an extension of their own team, trusting us to help them navigate complex technology, solve difficult challenges, and prepare for what's next.
