About Fluff
At Fluff Software, we partner with organisations in engineering, education, and STEM to deliver impactful websites, software, and technology solutions. We’re not just about getting projects finished — we’re about creating real results for our clients and enjoying the process as a team.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want a job, but wants to join the Fluff family — someone who’ll grow with us, contribute to our culture, and help us build something bigger together.
The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in making sure our projects run smoothly. You’ll support our technical team by creating a complete backlog with tasks for each project, keeping plans on track, ensuring we meet deadlines, and stick to budgets, all while keeping everyone in the loop. We need someone who is confident to lead client meetings and ideally has software PM experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s already worked in a project coordination or junior PM role and wants to step up into managing bigger responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities
- Support the full project lifecycle from planning through to planning, kick-off and delivery.
- Keep track of timelines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring the team stays aligned.
- Use project management tools (ClickUp) to keep projects organised.
- Monitor progress and raise risks or delays early.
- Communicate updates to the team regularly throughout the day.
- Assist with basic budget tracking to ensure projects are profitable.
- Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation.
- Foster good communication and collaboration across the team and with clients.
- Be able to manage client expectations and communicate with them the progress of projects.
- Managing and leading Client meetings.
- Manage team tasks to ensure that projects are moving as per plans.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years’+ experience in a project coordination or project management role (tech/software experience preferred).
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
- Confident communicator — comfortable chasing up tasks and checking in with colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools. We use ClickUp, which would be a bonus, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and a real team player.
Essential requirements:
- Fully remote role — you must have a fast, reliable internet connection to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. We communicate via video calls, so good internet is a must.
- Ability to overlap with UK working hours (9am–5pm UK time); some flexibility can be given, but regular availability in this window is required.
What You’ll Get
- ₱50,000 per month salary.
- Fully remote role, 8 hours a day, with flexible working.
- Opportunity to work on exciting projects across many different sectors.
- Supportive, collaborative team culture.
- Room to grow - we will encourage and help you to learn and grow.
- Local holidays off
- 28 days holiday per year
