## Clarity before code.

AI tools have made building fast. They haven’t made deciding what to build any easier. A Discovery Sprint is short, focused time with senior people to answer the questions that decide whether a product succeeds.

### What you come away with

It depends on the question, but typically:

- A clear statement of the problem and who it’s for, tested against the people who’ll use it.
- The use cases that matter most, and the ones to leave out.
- A technical direction: architecture, data, integrations and the risky parts.
- A plan for the first releases, ready to drop into a queue or a fixed-scope build.
