Is this Zapier or Make with extra steps? Sometimes we build in Make or n8n. When it’s the right tool, we use it and tell you so. What you’re paying for is knowing which workflow is worth automating, building it so it doesn’t fail unnoticed the first time an invoice arrives in a strange format, and handing it over documented and owned by you. Does my problem need AI? Maybe not. About half the time the right answer is well-built automation with no AI at all. We add an AI step only where real judgement is needed. Will there be ongoing costs? Any third-party tool or hosting costs, such as n8n or cloud hosting, are quoted up front. They’re typically £0 to £50 a month, paid directly by you with no markup. Can you train our team on ChatGPT or Claude? No. We build systems, we don’t run courses. What happens after it’s built?
